I've done all I can do to stop the leaning of these towers. I've reinforced the floors with paneling, replaced the columns with PVC pipe and reinforced the entire townhouse with birch 2 X 4's. One of them stands straight at attention. The second townhouse still leans. I'm just going to wrap the columns in twinkle lights and call it a day.
Barbie has moved to parts unknown and her townhouse has been sold to an impish interior decorator whose goal is to made this abode into a work of art.
